Abstract
The book “Migration Legal Policy of Russia: Trends and Paths of Development”, edited by L.V. Andrichenko, covers the issues of forming a normative legal framework for regulating migration processes. It looks at the trends underlying legislative changes in migration policy implemented in the Russian Federation in the post-Soviet period, analyzes the main provisions of the upcoming reform of migration legislation, and studies the influence of the legal framework on the quality of domestic migration statistics.
